Right from the start Unix-based systems have literally been the de facto standard for providing internet services. Before Windows or Mac OS were even invented, Unix systems already formed the backbone of the internet. Despite Unix’s roots going right back to the 1960s, it’s still very much alive and kicking, and Unix systems are still the bedrock for many innovations in the internet world.
Virtually all our engineers are familiar with the various Unix systems. Of course Linux is present everywhere, but many of our staff also know their way around FreeBSD and Mac OS X. We also have certified and experienced Sun/Oracle Solaris engineers who know everything about implementing EIS installations, for example.
Troubleshooting, fine-tuning, securing and of course monitoring Unix is an everyday occurence for our employees. In fact: our own systems are almost entirely based on Linux. You can therefore leave the daily management of your Unix systems up to our employees and systems with peace of mind.
Quanza is also your partner for the management of most Unix applications. And not only for a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) stack. We are also not afraid of other applications such as Postfix, Bind, Lighttpd, Varnish, Zimbra and a complete Oracle Red Stack.
