HOW WE WORK
DESIGN, BUILD, OPERATE
Our Design – Build – Operate (DBO) approach is purpose-built for vital infrastructures. Not a one-off IT project, but a long-term partnership focused on continuous improvement. Every phase – design, build, operate – is tailored to your environment and aligned with the demands of your sector.
We follow principles such as Zero Trust and real-time CMDB consistency, providing you full confidence that your network is secure, compliant, and built for the future. Unlike many providers, we only recommend what truly adds value – our independence from hardware vendors isn’t a feature, it’s a deliberate choice.

DESIGN
At Quanza, design isn’t a brainstorm around a whiteboard. It’s a phase of deep interaction, where we analyze your network down to the component level. What equipment is already in place? What are the dependencies across your IT landscape? What does your risk profile look like? Together, we map out the situation — using customer input, whiteboard sessions, and, where available, data from our monitoring. This allows us to design solutions that match the complexity of vital infrastructures.
From there, we develop a reference architecture that’s both future-ready and grounded. Secure by Design and built on Zero Trust principles – but always with respect for legacy systems that still have a role to play. Every element is designed with manageability, scalability, and compliance in mind. Think of a fully structured CMDB from day one, and processes aligned with your internal audit
BUILD
The people who design your network are the ones who help build it. In close collaboration with your IT organization, we ensure a smooth execution. This guarantees speed, continuity, and short lines of communication — minimal handovers between departments, just one dedicated team that truly understands your goals.
In this phase, when possible we build the new infrastructure alongside the existing environment. This keeps your operations stable and available while we work toward a smooth transition. No rushed steps – just careful, controlled progress.
If there’s a handover from another provider, we manage the transition responsibly. We coordinate with everyone involved and ensure the process runs smoothly – with clear communication and a focus on continuity.
Only once the new environment is fully operational and redundant do we switch over. Everything is thoroughly tested, performance is validated and manageability is built in from day one.
Our approach is vendor-neutral. We reuse what’s already there when it makes sense and introduce new technology only if it clearly adds value.
At Quanza, build means certainty – not just about the outcome, but about every step along the way.
OPERATE
At Quanza, the work doesn’t end after implementation – that’s when it really begins. Operate isn’t a fixed list of tasks, but an ongoing collaboration where we think ahead, anticipate and improve together.
Our strength lies in people. You’ll work with a dedicated team that understands your environment and takes ownership of outcomes. You have one Service Manager who knows your segment as your single point of contact, and direct access to engineers when needed. We stay flexible where it makes sense, pragmatic in how we work, and focused on resolving – not pointing at contracts.
Our processes are built for vital infrastructures: fully compliant, without unnecessary red tape. No bureaucracy for the sake of it – just clear agreements, documented where it matters, and always aligned with how your organization works. Monitoring, changes and reporting are accessible and meaningful – never a burden, always a support.
And thanks to our deep technical expertise, we identify risks early, contribute proactively to improvements, and ensure everything aligns with your operational and technical reality. Reporting reflects what matters most to you – from SLAs to audit trails.
We see operate as a strategic extension of your organization – built around continuity, security and scalability. It keeps your infrastructure in top shape, today and tomorrow.
