Our services during the corona crisis

Quanza supports and facilitates organizations in keeping their IT-infrastructures operational. Now that the whole of the Netherlands is dealing with the consequences of the coronavirus, we want to keep you informed about the measures we take in the interest of our customers.

The infrastructures managed by Quanza are often part of the vital infrastructure of the Netherlands. Especially during these times, Quanza wants the Netherlands to be able to use this infrastructure without any problems or issues. Therefore we offer a service that is as reliable as possible. In this way, people working from home or on location in the Netherlands and abroad who use our customers’ digital services, can continue to do so without hassle.

To achieve this, we closely follow the advice, guidelines and measures Dutch authorities and the Dutch National Institute for Public Health provide. We will take additional measures if required and will consult our customers and partners if needed.

It is without question we will do everything in our power to keep our colleagues healthy and to continue to provide the best possible service for our customers. At the moment, Quanza fortunately is not yet affected by increased absenteeism due to illness.

For the time being, we have taken the following measures:

  • Our Network operations center (NOC), at the heart of our services, will be given absolute priority to remain operational. This means we will take any and all measures required to guarantee NOC continuity. These measures include stricter guidelines with regard to hygiene, mandatory remote working where possible and facilitating additional means of communication.
  • Our Field Engineers will continue to be available for work at customer sites. They will take additional measures to protect themselves, and thus our service to customers, including minimizing interactions with other people on site.
  • In order to continue inventory management and necessary support for Field Engineers, warehouse staff and facility support will remain operational.
  • Aforementioned employees aside, we will minimize physical interactions with external parties and persons. In order to continue to support collaboration as part of our services, we will make additional resources available for remote communication.
